Abstract
The law provides rules for waste management including household waste. Provisions are outlined for municipal cleaning obligations, manufacturers, and professionals in export, sell or packaging of products responsibility for waste management and disposal. The law verifies that waste disposal must be handled by the municipality or a designated producer, and property owners cannot bury or dispose of waste independently. The government or designated authorities may issue regulations requiring separate storage or treatment of certain types of waste, particularly for reuse, recycling, or environmental and health reasons, and may also prohibit the disposal or incineration of certain waste types without proper pre-treatment. The text further provides for permits, charges, municipal orders and supervision.
