Abstract
This Act amends Chapter 2, articles 7 and 13 of Act (1919:426). In particular in violation of instructions for the establishment of installations of devices (without request for permit) in the floating lanes, will be liable for the damages caused. Lack of protection from damage or leakage shall be subject to the Environment Court penalties rules. In case of such proceedings, the provisions on custom notification of the Water Act (1983:291) shall apply.
