Urban National Park Decree (SFS No. 2009:55).

This Decree concerns the establishment and functioning of Urban National Parks as foreseen in section 7 of Chapter 4 of the Environmental Code.
It requires county councils of counties where there exists an urban national park to prepare a plan for the conservation and development of such park. The county council shall also be responsible for the supervision over the development of the park. There shall be an Urban National Park Council which shall be responsible for areas in the Stockholm region.
