Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) Rules.

These Rules set out requirements and conditions for obtaining a valid licence by the Director General in order to keep or maintain a farm.
The Rules further provide for: licence fees; replacement of lost licences; revocation or suspension of licences; prohibition of keeping on any farm or feeding any animal or bird solid protein products obtained when mammalian tissues are rendered; offences and penalties; etc.
