Abstract
These Rules set out requirements and procedures for obtaining a licence to import or export live fish.
Licensees shall be allowed to import or export any live fish only if in possession of a permit issued by the Director- General in respect of each consignment of live fish to be imported or exported. Furthermore, licensees must provide a health certificate relating to the consignment.
The Rules further provide for import health requirements and for licence fees as specified in the Schedule.
