Abstract
These Rules provide for the licensing, control, supervision and inspection of places in which pigeons are or may be kept, harboured, bred, etc.
The Rules prohibit the use of any premise for the keeping, harbouring, roosting, nesting or breeding of pigeons without a licence issued by the Licensing Officer. Procedures and requirements for obtaining a licence are set out in the text.
The Rules further provide for licence fees, licensee’s responsibilities; Licensing Officer’s powers and for offences.
