Abstract
These Rules regulate the keeping of non-commercial poultry in order to prevent an outbreak or spread of any avian disease.
The Rules prohibit the keeping of more than ten non-commercial poultry in any premises unless having obtained approval by the Director-General. The Rules also contains provisions on offences and penalties.
