Abstract
These Rules set out procedures and requirements for obtaining a phytosanitary certificate to export plants, plant products, etc.
Phytosanitary certificates shall be issued only if plants and plant products are considered free from quarantine pests as specified by the importing country and conform to the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
The Rules further provide for: conditions and restrictions imposed upon certification; offences; and fees for services rendered for phytosanitary certification.
