Abstract
The present Act provides for: the registration, licensing and certification of pesticides, the people involved in their production, distribution and use; the destruction of vectors and the control of vector-borne diseases; controllin the trade and use of pesticides and vector repellents; cancelling any registration and licence of pesticides and vector repellants if they are no longer conform to the required standards; enforcing the labelling of any container, box, or packaging with the prescribed mark; etc.

An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the destruction of vectors and the control of vector-borne diseases; to provide for the control of the sale and use of pesticides and vector repellents; to provide for the registration, licensing and certification of persons engaged in vector control work, and for matters connected therewith.
