Abstract
This Order is enacted in accordance with the f the Environmental Protection and Management Act.
The Order adds a total of 10 substances to the list of controlled substances specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, including controlled substances or substances under consideration for control under the Stockholm Convention, such as pentadecafluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorohexanesulfonic acid (PFHxS), and substances under consideration for control under the Rotterdam Convention, such as benzidine, acetochlor and amitrazine.
