Abstract
These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999.
The Regulations refer to the Fifth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change to define greenhouse gases under the Act. The listed greenhouse gases include water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, as well as substances regulated under the Montreal Protocol and specific compounds such as sulphur hexafluoride.
