Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the sections 110(1) and 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act.
Section 31(1) of the Act does not apply in relation to the collection, removal, transporting and storing of used cooking oil by Foodxervices Inc. Pte Ltd under an agreement with Alpha Biofuels (S) Pte. Ltd. (called in this regulation Alpha Biofuels), for the purposes of the sandbox trial.
