Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Environmental Public Health Act.
The owner or occupier of any designated area where a cooling tower or water fountain is installed shall keep records of any remedial or maintenance work, inspection or test, and make available such records for inspection by any public health officer. The Regulations further make provisions for: sanitary requirements to be satisfied and ensured by the owner or occupier of any designated area where a cooling tower or water fountain is installed, offences and penalties, etc.
