Abstract
These Rules provide for the licensing of fishing gear.
Requirements and procedures for obtaining a licence to operate, maintain, use or possess any kind of fishing gear are set out in the Rules. In these Rules, fishing gear shall include nets, stakes, traps and lines with more than three hooks.
