Abstract
No person shall erect, maintain, use, remove or have in his possession any kind of fishing gear except under and in accordance with the terms of a fishing gear licence issued under these Rules (sect. 3). The Director of Fisheries may issue directives relating to fishing gear (sect. 12). The Rules consist of 13 articles and one Schedule.
