Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Infectious Diseases Act (Chapter 137, Section 64).
The Regulations makes provisions, inter alia, for: measures for quarantine during the arrival of vessels and vessels in port and departure, obligation of ships from infected area, sanitation measures for ships, sanitary measures for food, issue of certificates when measures are completed, vaccination of crew and passengers, fees and charges, offences and penalties, etc.
