Abstract
These Regulations require operators of oil handling facilities or offshore installations to store dispersants and equipment as the Authority may prescribe in case of oil pollution incidents to reduce or eliminate oil pollution.
The Regulations further provide for oil pollution emergency plans, the reporting of oil pollution incidents, inspection powers of the Authority and for offences and penalties.
