Public Utilities (Reservoirs, Catchment Areas and Waterway) Regulations 2006.

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the section 72 of the Public Utilities Act.
The Regulations provide for the measures for the protection, preservation and conservation of water catchment areas, including prohibited activities in catchment area park and prohibited activities in waterway, activities in central water catchment area, catchment area and waterway requiring prior approval, etc. The Regulations further make provisions, for: permit required for vessel in reservoir; requirements for grant of vessel permit for watercraft; conditions of vessel permit; the safety of navigation and the reporting of accidents in reservoirs and waterways; etc.
