Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) (Amendment) Regulations 2016

Regulation 2 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the definitions of “chewing gum with therapeutic value”, “medicinal product” and “oral dental gum” and substituting the following definitions: “ “health product” and “Register of Health Products” have the same meanings as in the Health Products Act. The relevant classification of chewing gum import registration is also amended.
