Abstract
This Order is enacted in accordance with the Resource Sustainability Act 2019.
The Order provides that a “portable battery” or an “industrial battery” that is supplied only in connection with the supply of another product is excluded from Section 8 (requirements for unauthorized supply of regulated products) and Section 18(1)(a) (requirements for records of regulated products by registered producers) of the Resource Sustainability Act.
