Abstract
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Resource Sustainability Act 2019.
The Regulations clarify the definitions of regulated products to be controlled as electrical and electronic waste under the Resource Sustainability Act 2019. In the First Schedule, 18 products are listed as “regulated consumer products”. In the Second Schedule, 11 products are listed as “regulated non-consumer products”. Specific definitions and exemptions for each of the above products should be referred to in these Regulations.
