Abstract
This Notification is enacted in accordance with the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019. The Notification provides for the following commencement dates: a.The Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, except sections 55, 56 and 63, comes into operation on 1 April 2019. b. Section 55 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 2 April 2019. c. Section 56 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 June 2019. d. Section 63 of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019 comes into operation on 1 September 2019.
