Abstract
These Regulations provide for the rules to be satisfied for the application for, issuance of certificate or renewal of certificate.
A certificate holder or a person who is authorised under these Regulations to use a certification mark must not transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the certificate or authorisation. The Regulations further provide for the duration of certificate, the duty of certificate holder, penalties, etc.
