Abstract
These Regulations provide for the compoundable offences under regulation 13 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019.
The Chief Executive of the Singapore Food Agency, or an employee of the Agency authorised by the Agency for the purpose of section 44 of the Food Agency Act 2019, may compound any offence under regulation 13 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Regulations 2019.
