Act amending the Maritime Code.

This Act amends the Maritime Code in Articles 1 and 4 to add the concept of "sovereign rights". Article 1 defines the scope of the Act, whereas Article 4 is amended so as to add a new provision which reads: "The Republic of Slovenia may exercise its sovereign rights, jurisdiction and control over the sea surface, water column, sea bed and subsoil beyond the limits of state jurisdiction in accordance with international law".
