Abstract
This Act regulates the guarantee of the Republic of Slovenia for the obligations of Member States of the European Union from: a) loan agreements concluded with the European Commission in the framework of the European Commission temporary support instrument to mitigate the risks of unemployment in emergency situations (denominated as “SURE”) following the outbreak of COVID-19 for the purpose of financing measures aimed for reducing working hours with the aim of preserving jobs and activities of self-employment and reducing unemployment and income loss, measures related to safety and health of workers and self-employed workers; b) guarantee contracts concluded with the European Commission for the insurance of liabilities of other Member States from the loan agreements referred to in the previous point.
