Act on Intervention measures to mitigate and eliminate the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic.

This Act provides temporary measures for mitigation and elimination of consequences of epidemic of the infectious disease COVID-19 on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. This Act, in order to mitigate and eliminate the consequences of the epidemic on economy, public finances and areas of construction derogate from the provisions of national laws as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2) of this text. This Act also determines temporary measures for mitigation and elimination of consequences of the epidemic in the fields of labor, public finances, the economy, agriculture, forestry and food, scholarships, student food subsidies, higher education, infrastructure, public procurement and the attitude of the Republic of Slovenia towards third party residents.
