Abstract
This Act provides for temporary measures aimed to prepare the country for the second wave of COVID-19. Rules object of this text are related to the field of labor and employment relations, scholarships, health and social care institutions.
This text determines the purpose of support and beneficiaries, among certain specific reimbursement conditions. Chapter II sets the main provisional measures and actions in relation to the epidemic of COVID-19 disease; Chapter III is on deviations from the provisions of certain laws; and Chapter IV is providing for related penalty provisions.

Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Provisions of article 2-12 of this text shall be in force starting 1 July 2020 (see the final Chapter (V) setting transitional and final provisions, article 50); this Act was formally adopted on 9 July 2020, and published on 10 of July. This Act shall fully enter into force on the day after the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.
