Decision on determining the boundaries of the specially controlled area of yellow potato nematodes (Globodera rostochiensis Woll.).

This Decision, since there is a danger to the health protection of plants in the Republic of Slovenia due to the proliferation of yellow potato nematodes (Globodera rostochiensis Woll. or potato nematodes) and in order to prevent the spread and to suppress such plant harmful organism, here determines the rules regarding demarcated areas, the area of establishment, phytosanitary measures and notification of host plant owners. The host plants are: Solanum tuberosum (potato); Lycopersicon esculentum (tomato); Solanum melongena (eggplant).
