Decision on the financial compensation of costs in fishing due to the high prices of energy products used to drive fishing vessels.

This Decision determines the financial compensation of costs in fisheries due to the high prices of energy products that are used to drive fishing vessels, the beneficiaries, the detailed conditions and the procedure for granting financial compensation. These funds shall be allocated in accordance with the Communication of the Commission Temporary framework for crisis measures of state aid in support of the economy after Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The beneficiary of the financial compensation is a natural or legal person who carries out fishing activities on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and fulfills the detailed conditions set out in Article 4 of this text. The actual amount of this financial compensation measure is defined on article 5.
