Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the management of packaging and packaging waste. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements for packaging (originally specified in art. 9 of the amended Decree) and penalty provisions (art. 53).
