Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which aims at the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution, lays down target values for the preparation of comprehensive evaluation of the adequacy of technical measures to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds, and technical measures to reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds and other measures related to the release of vapors into the atmosphere from storage of petrol and streaming of petrol during refueling of vehicles at petrol stations, in accordance with European Parliament and Council Directive 94/63/EC on the control of volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions resulting from the storage of petrol and its distribution from terminals to service stations.
