Decree establishing the levy for milk and milk products.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 27 articles, establishes the levy for milk and milk products, and lays down provisions governing management of national reserves, milk fat, procedures for determining the amount and payment of the levy, rights and obligations of producers and purchasers, and means of the control of these provisions. In particular, the producers are obliged to keep monthly records of the quantities of milk, with an average fat content, and monthly records of deliveries according to the average fat content of delivered milk and individual reference fat content. The institution responsible for the implementation of these provisions is the Agency for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development.
