Decree on the implementation of the activities of the program for the implementation of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund for the period 2021-2027, which are carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement.

This Decree regulates the implementation of the activities and technical assistance of the program for the implementation of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund for the period 2021-2027, which are carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement, which is confirmed by the Executive Decision of the Commission of 1 December 2022 on the approval of the Program for the implementation of the European Fund for Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2021-2027 for support from the European Fund for Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture in Slovenia. This Decree for activities and technical assistance determines the competent authorities, types, objectives, conditions of eligibility, implementation and control of activities and technical assistance also in strict relation with the contractor (any natural or legal person or group of such persons selected in the public procurement procedure for the supply of goods or the provision of services), which are carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement.
