Decree on the implementation of the activities of the program for the implementation of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund for the period 2021-2027, which are carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement.

This Decree regulates the implementation of the activities and technical assistance of the program for the implementation of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund for the period 2021-2027, which are carried out in accordance with the regulations governing public procurement, also confirmed by the Executive Decision of the Commission of 1 December 2022 on the approval of the Program for the implementation of the European Fund for Fisheries and Aquaculture in the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2021-2027 for support from the European Fund for Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture in Slovenia. The objectives of this text are the collection, management and use of biological, environmental, technical and socio-economic data in the fisheries sector. The funds shall be allocated for the implementation of the following activities of the first priorities from point 1 of the first paragraph of Article 3 of Regulation 2021/1139/EU: data collection; control and enforcement; protection and restoration of aquatic and marine biodiversity; management, restoration and monitoring of Natura 2000 areas and protected areas and implementation of the priority action framework.
