Decree on the implementation of agricultural policy interventions for 2024.

This Decree determines the implementation of agricultural policy interventions from the strategic plan, which regulates the common agricultural policy 2023-2027, further aimed to implement related measures contained in EU legislative documents as listed in article 1. The provisions of this text apply to the following claims: 1. claims from the regulation regulating direct payments from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy 2023-2027 for Slovenia; 2. claims from the regulation regulating payments for environmental and climate obligations and natural or other limitations from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy 2023-2027 for Slovenia, except for the organic beekeeping intervention; 3. claims from the regulation governing animal welfare intervention for 2024. Regardless of these, certain individual provisions shall also apply to the following: 1. verification of the requirements from the regulation governing the rules of conditionality; 2. requests for the intervention restructuring and redirection of vineyards from the regulation governing interventions in the wine sector, and the measure restructuring and redirection of vineyards from the regulation governing the implementation of the support program in the wine sector; 3. requests for organic beekeeping interventions from the regulation governing payments for environmental and climate obligations and natural or other limitations; 4. verification of requirements from the Regulation on cross-compliance; 5. other interventions, measures and requirements for which it is stipulated in the regulations governing them.
