Abstract
This Decree determines the competent authority for the implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1984/2003 introducing a system for the statistical monitoring of trade in bluefin tuna, swordfish and bigeye tuna within the Community. The competent authority for the implementation of Regulation 1984/2003/EC is the Customs Administration of the Republic of Slovenia.
