Decree on the implementation of the Decision on the Union mechanism in the field of civil protection.

This Decree (as for the implementation of tasks referred to in points a, b and c of Article 6 of Decision no. 1313/2013/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on the Union mechanism in the field of civil protection) here stipulate: types of disaster risk assessments and disaster risk management capacity assessments; competent authorities and their tasks; content and production of accident risk assessments; the content and production of reports for individual accidents (hereinafter: reports), which contain an overview of the planning of risk management measures based on risk assessments for accidents for the purposes of prevention and preparedness and the implementation of measures for prevention and preparedness; the content and production of assessments of the ability to manage risks for accidents; deadlines for preparing disaster risk assessments and disaster risk management capacity assessments. The types of disaster risk assessments are: risk assessments for individual accidents at the local level; risk assessments for individual accidents for the entire area of the country or for individual areas of the country; national disaster risk assessment as a total disaster risk assessment, which represents identified risks for the country.
