Decree on the implementation of forestry interventions from the strategic plan of the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2023-2027.

This Decree governs the implementation of interventions for investments in the regulation of forest infrastructure, investments in the purchase of new machinery and equipment for work in the forest, investments in primary wood processing and digitization, and investments in the establishment and development of forest nurseries from the strategic plan governing the common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. This regulation regulates the implementation of interventions from Article 73 of Regulation 2021/2115/EU: 1. investment intervention in forest infrastructure management; 2. investment intervention in the purchase of new machinery and equipment for work in the forest; 3. investment intervention in primary wood processing and digitization; 4. investment intervention in the establishment and development of forest nurseries.
