Decree on the implementation of the intervention, exchange of knowledge and transfer of information and training of advisers from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy 2023-2027.

This Decree governs the implementation of the intervention of knowledge exchange and information transfer and the training of advisers from Article 78 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 on establishing rules on support for strategic plans drawn up by member states within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP strategic plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). With this Decree, the following sub-interventions are carried out within the framework of the intervention, exchange of knowledge and transfer of information and training of consultants: exchange of knowledge and transfer of information; training of consultants. The purpose of the intervention is the implementation of trainings intended for persons active in the agricultural, forestry and food processing sectors. The aim of the intervention is to increase the level of competence of persons active in the agricultural, forestry and food processing sectors, with various forms and methods of knowledge transfer, which also include local application of knowledge through tours and demonstrations in the field.
