Decree on the implementation of intervention support for projects of the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027.

This Decree governs the implementation of the support intervention for projects of the European Innovation Partnership for Agricultural Productivity and Sustainability from Article 77 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 on the determination of the rules on support for strategic plans drawn up by Member States within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP strategic plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). This text determines the purpose and goals of the intervention, the partnership, the investor and the beneficiaries, the conditions for granting support, eligible activities and eligible costs, criteria for the selection of applications, obligations, conditions for disbursement of funds, financial provisions and administrative sanctions, for the implementation of Regulation 2021/2115/EU and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1475. The purpose of the intervention is to encourage technological development and the introduction of new solutions for solving specific problems and achieving goals in the field of agriculture, forestry and rural areas.
