Decree on the implementation of interventions in the wine sector.

This Decree determines the implementation of interventions in the wine sector from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. Funds for interventions from this text are paid out in each fiscal year by 15 October. The amount of funds available in each year for individual interventions from this Decree is determined in the strategic plan. Support for the restructuring of vineyards may be claimed by growers of grapes for the production of wine or wine, who are the holders of agricultural holdings in accordance with the law governing agriculture and are entered in the register and who respect the terms laid down in article 5.
