Decree on the implementation of the measure of the Quality Scheme for agricultural products and foodstuffs from the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014–2020.

This Decree regulates the implementation of the measure of the Quality Scheme for agricultural products and foodstuffs from the programme regulating rural development of the Republic of Slovenia for the period 2014–2020. This text determines the purpose of the measure, the beneficiaries, the conditions for the allocation of funds, the criteria for the evaluation of applications, the conditions for the payment of funds, the obligations of the beneficiaries and the financial provisions for the implementation of financial measures as in accordance with several legislative documents (including Covid-19 pandemic related legislation setting different financial aid rules) as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2). Funds intended for the implementation of the measure of the Quality Scheme for agricultural products and foodstuffs shall be provided from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia in the amount of 25 percent and from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development in the amount of 75 percent.
