Abstract
This Decree sets out measures for agricultural-environmental-climate payments, organic farming and payments to areas with natural or other special limitations for preserving and improving ecosystems and mitigating and adapting to climate change (rural development measures) from the program that regulates rural development of the Republic of Slovenia for the period from the year 2014 until the year 2020. This text here implements functions of several EU legislative documents as listed in article 1. On the basis of this Decree, the following rural development measures are implemented: agricultural-environmental-climate payments; organic farming; payments aimed for areas with natural or other particular restrictions.
