Decree on measures of agricultural structural policy and agricultural policy of rural development.

This Decree lays down the measures, eligible costs, detailed conditions, criteria, detailed procedures and financial provisions for granting aid for agricultural structural policy measures and agricultural rural development policy measures (as in function for specific provisions of interpellated European Union legislative documents, listed in article 1). In order to achieve the objectives of the sustainable development of agriculture, the funds under this text are allocated for the following measures: 1. assistance to complete consolidation procedures; 2. assistance for the transfer of knowledge and information in the field of processing and agriculture-related operations in the countryside; 3. aid for activities in the field of agriculture, forestry and rural development; 4. assistance in the organization of professional and jubilee events and 5. organization and implementation of plowing competitions and participation in the world championship. The applicant for aid is the administrative unit in the area of which there is an unfinished consolidation, which is included in the program from the second paragraph of article 7 of this text.
