Abstract
This Decree here establishes more detailed conditions for dealing with confiscated and seized forest wood assortments, the manner and procedure of confiscation of forest wood assortments, including rules regarding their transportation and storage, and disposal of confiscated and seized forest wood assortments that has to be performed with the application of the public interest principle. Supervision over the implementation of these provisions shall be carried out by the national Ministry responsible for forestry.
