Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia establishes the system of agricultural policy measures relating to the market in hops and public service in the area of hops. These provisions regulate functioning of the organization of hop producers. In particular, the work program of the organization must be approved by the Minister of Agriculture and must prove the effectiveness of activities in accordance with objectives specified in art. 122 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation). This Decree is composed of 32 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Organization of producers (Sec. 2); Public service in the area of hops (Sec. 3); Database (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
