Decree on payments for environmental and climate obligations and natural or other constraints from the strategic plan of the common agricultural policy 2023-2027.

This Decree specifies the interventions in relation to agricultural-environmental-climate payments for climate change, natural resources, biodiversity and landscape, organic farming, organic beekeeping, habitat types and species on Natura 2000 areas, local breeds and varieties, biotic protection of plants and payment for natural or other restrictions (all classified as rural development interventions) from the strategic plan governing the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027.
