Decree on the performance of the mandatory state economic public service of municipal waste incineration.

This Decree determines the implementation of the mandatory state public service of incineration of combustible municipal waste, determines the manner of its performance, the conditions for the provision and use of public service services, the rights and obligations of users and other elements important for the performance of the state public service, as well as a financial guarantee for the performance of the state public service activities. This Decree is also a concession act, which determines the subject and conditions for granting a concession for the implementation of the state public service. The subject of the state public service is the incineration of combustible municipal waste that meets the conditions laid down in article 2.
