Decree on the provision of emergency financial assistance to mitigate property damage to farm and business buildings and agricultural land due to floods and landslides in August 2023.

This Decision determines the emergency financial assistance for mitigating property damage to farm and commercial buildings and agricultural land caused by floods and landslides in August 2023, investors, beneficiaries, conditions, detailed procedure and financial provisions for granting financial assistance for the implementation of EU Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2820 of 15 December 2023 on the provision of emergency financial assistance in the agricultural sectors affected by natural disasters in Greece and Slovenia. The subject of aid under this decree is the granting of non-refundable financial aid for damage mitigation. The applicant is the holder of an agricultural business that suffered damage in floods and landslides in August 2023 on farm and business buildings and agricultural land.
